International Recognition of ELTE Alumni

We gladly share the news that the Alumni activity of Eötvös Loránd University enjoys increasing international recognition. In addition to domestic invitations and professional consultations ELTE Alumni Center is already recognized also abroad.

Csilla Pataky Head of Alumni Relations and Development was invited by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) to participate in this year's 50th CASE CEAC Manchester (August 26-31, 2024) conference as member of the Planning Committee and co-chair of the Alumni Relations Track - thus representing her Alma Mater again at the world's largest alumni professional conference.
Prior to this she was speaker at CASE CEAC 2023 Edinburgh and at CASE CEAC 2021.

Last week of May 2024 she studied the methods of KTH Stockholm University during her Staff-Erasmus+ trip exchanging ideas with collegues also in alumni related fields like innovation, career, fundraising, program organization, students' services. During her stay the first International Alumni Meeting could be held in Stockholm. In June a presentation at the ICAReAlumni Conference followed, in Prague. For September she was asked to present ELTE's Alumni endeavors by the Prague University of Economics and Business at the Conference of the Czech and Slovakian University Alumni Centers.

Concerning major domestic events this year Head of ELTE Alumni was invited to present ELTE’s Alumni activity both at the University of Pécs in April and at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Autumn.
