Watching a movie or other activities in front of the computer, remember the 20-20-20 rule to keep your focus up:
↪ Every 20 minutes of looking at the screen, take a 20 second break and look at something 20 meters away.
It doesn’t only help with focus, it also relaxes your eyes.
